Montescano approves nationwide quarantine

The Council of State has approved a decision to declare a nationwide quarantine in Montescano, following increasing reports of infected in areas near various territorial claims and subjects' residences. The nationwide quarantine was approved by 5 votes in support and one abstention.

Cases of coronavirus have been reported close to the areas of Ladoha, Khattrask, Alkzemlja, Jurijev and Zapohorbamyj. The disease, originating from Wuhan, China, has become a global outbreak and official data reports 117,000+ confirmed infected and 4,200+ deaths as of the time of the publishing of this article and cases have been reported in over 110+ countries and territories. The Principality has already took previous measures against the coronavirus, such  as by banning citizens from almost all of the affected countries entering Montescano and opening sales of antibacterial masks at affordable prices.
